RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES AND THE ORDER OF THEIR INTERACTION

The Parties have the right to cooperate in the following main areas:
-    the development of methods for growing mono- and polycrystalline functional nanomaterials and dispersed and film diamond and diamond-like materials in a wide range of temperatures and pressures;
-    the development and construction of unique high- and ultrahigh-pressure units and devices with a large working volume;
-    the design of high-temperature superconducting film materials (Y–Ba–Cu, Mg–B);
-    the production of ultrapure powders and nanopowders and the synthesis of powder oxides and carbides;
-    mutual business trips of employees to exchange experience and conduct joint research;
-    exchange of scientific and scientific-methodological literature, joint scientific consultations;
-    mutual invitation of researchers and postgraduate students to conferences and seminars held by the Parties;
-    joint publication of scientific papers in Moldovan, Ukrainian, and international scientific journals;
-    participation in joint research projects;
-    work on joint educational and research projects within the framework of both bilateral and international programs;
-    assistance in the training of scientific personnel, participation in the discussion of candidate and doctoral dissertations on the subject of joint research.
