 the 11th edition of the International Conference on Electronics, Communications, and Computing (IC|ECCO 2021 - October 21/22) is in the last preparation phase. The event will combine an in-person event with an online component through technology. Most possible, it will be MS Teams. The safety of our participants is an important aspect. Therefore, we will follow the rules imposed by authorities in our future decision about the event.  

Dear Professors/Drs, 

please consider the attached document (The Second Announcement and Call for Papers). This announcement can help us in promoting IC| ECCO-2021. But also, can be used for inviting scientists or practitioners to our conference from your departments or labs. According to our main statement, the conference aims to bring together scientists and engineers involved in fundamental and applied research to share their recent results and developments in related fields. Thus, participation of your colleagues in this event will significantly contribute to the scientific domain of the conference sections:
